Meet Rodolfo Monzalvo — Founder & Lead Certified Technician

Rodolfo Monzalvo founded Elyon Restoration on June 28, 2024 — with one goal: to give Colorado homeowners a restoration company they could actually trust. He brings 20+ years of hands-on experience in water damage, mold, asbestos, lead, and fire restoration. He’s not a manager who reviews reports from a desk. He shows up.

The name Elyon means “God Most High” — a daily reminder of the standard every project is held to.

How We Work — From Your First Call to Final Walkthrough

Response & Mitigation

Available 24/7. We're on-site in 1–2 hours anywhere in the Denver Metro Area.

Assessment & Abatement

We test, document, and remove all contaminants safely — in full compliance with Colorado CDPHE standards.

Repairs & Reconstruction

From content packing to full rebuild — we restore your property in-house, start to finish.

Insurance Documentation

Moisture readings, photos & full scope-of-work report included — so your claim process goes smoothly.

Certifications & Licenses — Why It Matters in Colorado

In Colorado, not everyone who calls themselves a restoration contractor is legally certified to do the work.

Here’s what Elyon holds:

GAC Certification (General Abatement Contractor) — valid through March 2027
Fully licensed and insured in Colorado
Insurance documentation support — photos, moisture readings, written scope of work

Hiring an unlicensed contractor for asbestos or lead work in Colorado can void your insurance policy and expose your family to legal liability. Don’t risk it.

Common Questions About Hiring a Denver Restoration Company

How quickly can Elyon respond to an emergency in Denver?

We respond within 1 to 2 hours, 24/7 — including weekends and holidays — anywhere in the Denver Metro Area. When water damage or a hazardous material emergency hits, every hour matters. Call us at (720) 602-6746.

Is Elyon Restoration licensed and certified in Colorado?

Yes. Elyon Restoration holds an active GAC (General Abatement Contractor) certification valid through March 2027 and operates in full compliance with Colorado CDPHE regulations. We carry full liability insurance on every project.

Does Elyon Restoration help with homeowners insurance claims in Colorado?

Yes. Elyon Restoration provides guidance and documentation support throughout your insurance claim process. From day one, we document everything — photos, moisture readings, and a full scope-of-work report. We don't file the claim for you, but we make sure you have everything your adjuster needs to process it quickly and accurately. Most water damage and fire claims in Colorado are covered after your deductible.

Can you handle both asbestos and lead removal?

Yes. Most restoration companies are certified for only one. Elyon is GAC-certified for both asbestos and lead abatement — in full compliance with Colorado state law.

Do I need to leave my home during restoration?

In most cases, no. For standard water damage restoration in Denver, you can remain at home throughout the process. However, if the job involves asbestos or lead abatement — regulated under Colorado CDPHE standards — temporary relocation may be required to protect your family's health. We'll tell you exactly what to expect during your on-site assessment, before any work begins.
